EASE
Get in the pool and immediately you'll feel a sense of peace and ease in your body, mind and spirit. Being in the water is relaxing and supportive; the hydrostatic pressure of the water immediately gives a feeling of weightlessness. This reduction in gravity puts less strain on the joints and makes movement more comfortable and accessible regardless of physical condition. Working in the water is generally quite safe on the body. If you fall out of a pose, you land gently in water.
